Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging

You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@surf-store.com. Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.


⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not cover return shipping costs. You will need to return the item at your own expense.

For Returns from Outside the European Union

If you're returning an item from outside the EU, you are fully responsible for covering any return-related import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees charged when the parcel arrives back in Slovenia.

We strongly recommend marking the parcel as "Returned Goods" and attaching the original invoice.

Delivery Delays

Please note that if your country of residence is not Slovenia, return delivery times may be longer than expected.

You must fill out our return form and include it with your package.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g. personalized or made-to-order items)
  • Personal care goods (e.g. cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items purchased on sale or gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order after your return is accepted and processed.

EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason, without justification.

All returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
