Delivery Policy
Free Shipping in Europe: We offer free shipping on all orders over €59.90 within the European Union. Orders below this amount will be charged €9.90. Shipping is provided via DHL Express or GLS, based on your selection at checkout.
🇨🇭 Switzerland Customers
- Orders under €199 → Shipping: €11.90
- Orders over €199 → ✅ Free UPS Saver Express Shipping
All orders to Switzerland are shipped with UPS Saver Express. Packages are fully tracked and insured. Prices are displayed without Slovenian VAT (22%) once Switzerland is selected as your shipping country. Additional charges may apply for large or bulky items (e.g. boards, sails, masts) and will be shown at checkout.
🌍 Rest of the World
- Orders under €299 → Shipping: €15.00
- Orders over €299 → ✅ Free DHL Express Shipping
All international shipments outside Europe are sent with DHL Express or UPS Express for fast and reliable delivery (2–7 business days worldwide). Oversized items may incur additional shipping fees depending on the delivery location.

Exceptions for Oversized Items: Windsurf boards, SUP boards, sails, booms, and masts may not qualify for free shipping due to their size. The shipping cost for these items will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Returns Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
