At Surf-Store.com we ship your favourite kiteboarding, windsurfing and SUP gear worldwide with fast and reliable carriers like DHL Express, UPS Express and GLS. Below you’ll find all details about delivery, oversized items and returns.
🇪🇺 Shipping Within the European Union
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over €59.90 within the European Union.
- Orders under €99.90 → Shipping: €9.90
- Orders over €99.91 → ✅ Free Shipping
Shipping is provided via DHL Express, UPS or GLS, depending on your selection at checkout and destination.
🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland
- Orders under €199 → Shipping: €11.90
- Orders over €299 → ✅ Free UPS Saver Express Shipping
All orders to Switzerland are shipped with UPS Saver Express. Packages are fully tracked and insured. Once you select Switzerland as your shipping country, prices are shown without Slovenian VAT (22%).
Important: Large or bulky items (e.g. boards, sails, masts, booms, foil sets) may incur a small extra charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
🌍 Rest of the World (Outside Europe)
- Orders under €299 → Shipping: €19.00
- Orders over €299 → Shipping: €19.00 (flat rate)
International orders outside Europe are shipped with DHL Express or UPS Express for fast and reliable delivery (approx. 2–7 business days worldwide, depending on destination).
📦 Oversized & Bulky Items
Some products are considered oversized due to their dimensions. This includes, for example:

Kiteboarding boards and foil boards

Windsurfing boards and sails

Masts (kite, windsurf, SUP, foil masts)

Booms and other long or bulky items
For these oversized items, especially for deliveries outside Europe, additional shipping charges may apply due to size and volumetric weight.
Good to know: Any extra cost for oversized items (kiteboarding, windsurfing, SUP boards, masts, booms, foil gear etc.) will be automatically calculated and clearly shown at checkout before you pay. You will always see the final shipping price in your cart.

Europe: approx. 1–2 business days (via DHL Express, UPS or GLS – extra charge may apply if Express is selected).

Rest of the World: approx. 2–7 business days (via DHL Express or UPS Express).
📦 Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday). As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment.
🔁 Returns Policy
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in original, unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
