The "Black Friday" promotion (the "Promotion") is organized by Sport group d.o.o., Osojnikova 4, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (the "Organizer"). The Promotion is conducted at the Organizer’s online store, www.surf-store.com ("Organizer's Store").
1. General Information
- The Promotion is available to customers who meet the participation requirements outlined below. Upon meeting these conditions, customers become eligible participants ("Promotion Participants").

Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from November 12, 2024, to November 27, 2024

Discount Amount: 15% off on eligible products.

Discount Code: BLACK15 – to be used at checkout.

Usage Limit: One-time use per customer, limited to a single order.
3. Participation Requirements
To participate in the Promotion:
- Add eligible products to the shopping cart.
- Enter the discount code BLACK15 in the "basket" section before completing the order.
If the discount code is not applied before the order is placed, the customer waives the right to the Promotion for that transaction. No retroactive discount will be applied once payment is processed.
4. Discount Limitations
- The discount applies only to products without existing discounts or marked as final price items.
- Products in the Black Friday Special Deals category are excluded from the Promotion.
- Items from Brand warehouse are normaly shipped 3 - 7 working days from order.
5. Order Processing
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or combined with other orders. To make changes, cancel the order and submit a new one.
- Orders for products from an external warehouse will be shipped once they are received by the Organizer’s warehouse.
6. Additional Conditions
- The Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes or offers.
- Participation is voluntary and free of additional charges beyond the cost of products and any selected shipping fees.
- Discounts are not redeemable for cash or any other form of payment.
7. Complaints
Complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Organizer’s office at info@surf-store.com within 14 days of the issue. Include the name and contact details of the participant and a description of the complaint. Responses will be provided within 14 days.
8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for reasons including:
- Legal changes affecting the Promotion.
- Technological changes in how the Promotion is conducted.
- Modifications to services offered in the Organizer’s Store.
Amendments will be posted on www.surf-store.com and will take effect immediately upon publication.
